Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession).

Widerrufsrecht (nur für Verbraucher innerhalb der EU)

Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz innerhalb der Europäischen Union haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date,

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces, or
• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the first goods, provided that you have concluded a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time.

Kein Widerrufsrecht für Käufer außerhalb der EU

Für Kunden mit Wohnsitz außerhalb der Europäischen Union besteht kein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht. Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass Rücknahmen in diesem Fall nicht möglich sind.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (MC Luxury GmbH, 4020 Linz, Rainerstraße 10, Österreich, Telefonnummer: +43 732 60 56 99, E-Mail-Adresse: office@mc-luxury.at) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (ausgenommen sind zusätzliche Kosten für eine andere als die von uns angebotene Standardlieferung), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen nach Erhalt und Prüfung der retournierten Ware.

Für die Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, es wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart. In keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.

Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, die Rückzahlung zu verweigern, bis wir die Ware zurückerhalten und geprüft haben.

Sie haben die Waren unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf informieren, an uns zurückzusenden. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Ware vor Ablauf der Frist absenden.

Die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung tragen Sie.

Für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Ware müssen Sie nur aufkommen, wenn dieser auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Ware nicht notwendigen Umgang zurückzuführen ist.
